1) Offers comprehensive training programmes for Uni-Y members – YMCA’s Leadership & Management Programme etc.
2) Leverages on YMCA’s resources (in terms of offering overseas internships and exposure to international conferences).
3) Encourages volunteerism work in viable and sustainable projects.
4) Provides the opportunity to become skilled at event management through large-scaled conferences, local and overseas community service projects (e.g. trips to Cambodia, Vietnam, China).
